scrambled egg and bacon
My breakfast recipe
Herbs scramble eggs with chervil and smoked salmon
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3g chopped tarragon
3g chopped chervil
3g chopped chives
3g chopped parsley flat
50g cream cheese
Salt and pepper
500g smoked salmon
Method:
Sliced the smoked salmon and preserve in a fridge
Mix the herbs with 10 grams of the cream cheese
Beat the eggs with the herb mixture. Add salt and pepper
Pour the mixture in a pan on a low fire and stir continuously with a spatula
As soon as the eggs start to homogenize, add the remaining cream cheese
Pour the scrambled eggs on a plate
Decorate with slices of smoked salmon and topped with fresh chervil leaves.
