Pancake Sandwich
- Make 2 instant pancakes
- Combine ½ cup fat free sour cream with ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Spread between pancakes
- I cup strawberries
- I cup fat free milk
Raisin Toast with Light Cream Cheese
- Toast 2 slices of raisin bread
- Spread light cream cheese on 1 slice
- Make a sandwich
- I cup honeydew cubes
- Serve with 1 cup fat free milk
Wheat Germ Pancake
- 1 liter low fat milk
- 45g wheat flour
- 15g wheat germ
- ½ egg
- 4g yeast
- Salt and pepper
- Mix flour, yeast, eggs, wheat germ, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl
- Pour milk progressively and mix until smooth
- Put mixture aside for an hour
- Heat mini pan and pour mixture of approximately 30g
- Serve with strawberries or cherries
Banana Raspberry Smoothie
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen and unsweetened raspberries
- 1 banana
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine all in a blender
