Pancake Sandwich

  1. Make 2 instant pancakes


  2. Combine ½ cup fat free sour cream with ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar


  3. Spread between pancakes


  4. I cup strawberries


  5. I cup fat free milk

Raisin Toast with Light Cream Cheese


  1. Toast 2 slices of raisin bread


  2. Spread light cream cheese on 1 slice


  3. Make a sandwich


  4. I cup honeydew cubes


  5. Serve with 1 cup fat free milk

Wheat Germ Pancake


  1. 1 liter low fat milk


  2. 45g wheat flour


  3. 15g wheat germ


  4. ½ egg


  5. 4g yeast


  6. Salt and pepper


  7. Mix flour, yeast, eggs, wheat germ, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl


  8. Pour milk progressively and mix until smooth


  9. Put mixture aside for an hour


  10. Heat mini pan and pour mixture of approximately 30g


  11. Serve with strawberries or cherries

Banana Raspberry Smoothie


  1. 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt


  2. 1 cup frozen and unsweetened raspberries


  3. 1 banana


  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  5. Combine all in a blender
