1 SANDWICH LOAF
3/4 LITER FRESH LOW FAT MILK
(SOAK BREAD IN MILK USING A 3 LITER BOWL)
200 ML LIGHT CREAM
6 EGGS
200 GM FINE SUGARS
180 GM BUTTER (UNSALTED)
100 GM RAISINS (MORE IF DESIRED)
A PINCH OF NUTMEG
A PINCH OF CINNAMON
METHOD:-
PREHEAT OVEN AT 180 DEGREES CELSIUS
BEAT EGGS, BUTTER, CREAM AND SUGAR
POUR MIXTURE INTO SOAKED BREAD
FOLD IN WITH NUTMEG, CINNAMON AND RAISINS
POUR INTO BAKING TIN AND BAKE FOR 40 MINS
SERVE WITH ICE CREAM, VANILLA OR CUSTARD SAUCE
